However, we still had a wonderful Christmas! Luke is the perfect age to enjoy the holiday. He has been singing Christmas songs all month (Jingle Bells is his favorite) and loved decorating the house with us. He also seemed to understand the concept of Santa.
Christmas morning was so much fun! Santa brought Luke a train table with a ton of trains, and a race car ramp. When he came down the stairs he was in shock! It was very cute to see how excited he got once he realized the toys were for him! It took him a while to get through all the wrapped gifts but he played with every single toy and loved it! He can't wait for Christmas to come again next year.
Dax also got a few toys, mostly toys he will use when he is a little older. He just enjoyed watching brother run around excitedly!
(Both boys got to meet Santa and neither cried!)
