Run, run run!
13.1 miles is no joke. My sister, Seres, and I joined 44,000 of our closest friends on Sunday night to participate in the Las Vegas Rock & Roll Marathon. It was cold, crazy, and worth every drop of sweat.

Happy 7 Months Luke!
Our little man is 19.1 lbs and 17 inches long. He has learned how to crawl this month as well as pull him self up to standing! He loves going on jogs with mommy and snuggling to sleep with daddy. We cannot believe how fast the time is going!

Roos & More
We went up to Moapa, NV with Matt's parents to visit the Kangaroo Zoo. What a wonderful place! They had tons of animals out for the children to pet. Once Luke gets a little older I think we will be going back!

Bananas!
Luke got to try his very first whole banana today! He has had them mashed up before, but we wanted to let him feed himself. He loved it!

Trip to the Springs Preserve
We became annual members to the Springs Preserve and decided to check it out. Little did we realize that they were hosting their haunted hay ride and carnival the same night! There were kids EVERYWHERE! We headed out to the trails and walked almost 2 miles through the beautiful desert landscape. Luke got to enjoy his new backpack too!

HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY LUKE!
Our little boy is 6 months old! Wow! Time really is flying! He loves it when daddy tickles his neck (Luke has the cutest laugh!)! He is learning to sit on his own without anyone's help. We are so proud of our son and are looking forward to him growing and changing!

Our 2 Year Anniversary!
Can you believe Matt & I have been married for 2 years now? Time sure does fly. The last 2 years have been amazing. We have traveled the world (literally!), settled in as a married couple, and this year we had our first child. Looking forward for the next 75 years together! (Don't worry - science will catch up)

Lucas turns 5 months!
Luke has learned that he can jump! He loves playtime in his jumperoo! He also loves playing with other babies, he is quite social and already has a couple of girlfriends! Happy 5 months little man!

Lucas turns 4 months!
Happy 4 months little Luke! We realized this past month that you have lactose sensitivity so whenever mommy eats a lot of dairy your reflux acts up. Yuck!
Luke has learned to roll over from his tummy to his back and is working very hard to go from his back to his tummy. What a guy!

Lucas turns 3 months!
Luke is 3 months old today! He loves to sleep in mommy & daddy's arms and hates car rides. Luke likes to talk to his daddy when he gets home from work and tell him all about his day. Luke is getting so much more expressive!!

Lucas turns 2 months!
Our little boy turned 2 months old today! He loves the sound of mommy & daddy's voices and will turn his head when he hears us. His colic seems to be getting better, hopefully he starts sleeping better soon too!

Lucas turns 1 month!
Our precious boy is 1 month old. He loves being swaddled to sleep (but hates it when he is swaddled and awake!), he isn't a fan of taking a bath, and he recently found his thumb and is learning to self soothe. We just love him so much!
